5. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, data, and materials made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to TheInnerlabs and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

7. User Data and Analytics Access

You acknowledge that, as part of providing the Service, TheInnerlabs may collect and process data such as website analytics, logs, and related optimization metrics. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and consents to provide such data to TheInnerlabs for processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Cloud. Use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. TheInnerlabs is not responsible for third-party services or their handling of data.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business information received from the other party and to use it solely for the purposes contemplated by these Terms.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

TheInnerlabs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheInnerlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

The total liability of TheInnerlabs for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TheInnerlabs in the preceding six (6) months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service shall immediately cease, but all provisions that should reasonably survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, and 11) shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, State – to be specified upon incorporation], India.
